Recently, I read an article by Michał Rudy about breathwork. It was so easy to read that I suddenly realised something very simple: I miss having a space like this.
Until now, the main ways I have shared my work with the world have been a fairly modest portfolio website, Facebook and Instagram. I am grateful for these spaces. They are where I began talking about breath, art, the body and returning to yourself, but increasingly, I began to feel their limitations too.
Not everything can be told in a few sentences under a photograph. Not every thought fits into a reel, carousel or story. And more and more often, I found myself wanting to stay with something a little longer, without having to reduce it to a format.
For a long time, I had also wanted to have everything in one place – art, breath, writing, my offerings and a space to share what moves me. I had thought about starting a blog before, but the thought of creating yet another separate space kept putting me off.
And then something else occurred to me: what if I do not need another space? What if I need one place that brings together all the spaces I am already creating?

Art. Breath. Body. Creativity. What moves me.
That same day, I started building this website. Today marks one week since that idea appeared, and something I had wanted for a long time has become real.
I now have one place that brings together my paintings, my work with breath, my offerings and this blog. And I am genuinely proud of it. I created this space myself – step by step, learning along the way and using support where I needed it.
I do not yet know exactly what this blog will become. And I think that is what I like about it. I do not want to create a place full of great truths or ready-made answers.
I want to write about what makes me stop, what interests me, moves me or stays with me for a little longer. About breath. About art. About the body. About the relationship with ourselves. About what sometimes happens beneath words. And about how creativity and breath are becoming less and less like two separate paths for me.
If any of this speaks to you, make yourself at home. Maybe you will find something here. Maybe you will recognise something. Or maybe you will simply stop for a moment.
