REBIRTHING 1:1

A SPACE TO RETURN TO YOURSELF THROUGH BREATH.

Sometimes understanding is not enough.

You can know why you feel the way you do.

You can analyse the past, recognise patterns, understand the relationship, name the trigger.

And still feel that something in the body has not moved.

The chest is tight.

The throat closes.

The breath becomes shallow.

The body holds.

Rebirthing is a way of meeting what is still present beneath the thinking.

Not by forcing anything.

Not by trying to create a dramatic experience.

But by staying with the breath, the body and what begins to emerge when there is enough space to feel.

WHEN UNDERSTANDING IS NOT ENOUGH

There are moments when the mind has already done a lot of work.

You understand.

You know.

You have talked about it.

And yet your body still reacts.

You may feel restless, numb, tense, overwhelmed or disconnected.

You may keep returning to the same emotional place even though intellectually you know what is happening.

This does not mean that you have failed to understand something.

Sometimes the body simply needs a different kind of attention.

A slower kind.

A more direct kind.

A kind that does not begin with another explanation.

THIS MAY BE FOR YOU IF…

You understand your patterns but still feel stuck inside them.

You spend a lot of time in your thoughts and find it difficult to feel what is happening in your body.

You experience tension, restlessness or emotional overwhelm.

You feel disconnected from your needs, your voice or your own sense of direction.

You are moving through a transition, ending, beginning or important decision.

You feel that something is present inside you, but words do not quite reach it.

You want to explore yourself more deeply without being pushed toward a particular emotional outcome.

You are curious about what becomes possible when you stop trying to understand everything and begin to listen.

WHAT REBIRTHING MEANS IN MY WORK

Rebirthing is a practice based on conscious connected breathing.

The inhale and exhale flow into one another without a deliberate pause.

But for me, the technique itself is only one part of the process.

I do not work with breath as a performance.

There is no goal to breathe harder, faster or more intensely.

There is no emotional state you are expected to reach.

We work with breath, body awareness and presence.

We notice what changes.

Where the body tightens.

Where the breath becomes smaller.

Where emotion appears.

Where there is resistance.

Where there is relief.

Where there is simply quiet.

We follow what is here.

WE DO NOT FORCE THE PROCESS

You do not have to produce an emotional release.

You do not have to remember something.

You do not have to cry, shake or reach a breakthrough.

Some sessions may feel intense.

Others may feel subtle.

Sometimes there is emotion.

Sometimes there is resistance.

Sometimes there is relief, pleasure, tiredness or more space.

And sometimes the most meaningful part of the session is simply noticing yourself more clearly than before.

Your body sets the pace.

WHAT MAY HAPPEN DURING A SESSION

During conscious connected breathing, different experiences may arise.

You may notice physical sensations.

Heat.

Cold.

Tingling.

Tension.

Softening.

Movement.

You may experience sadness, anger, fear, relief or pleasure.

Memories or images may appear.

You may recognise something that you had previously only understood intellectually.

Or there may be very little narrative at all.

Sometimes the session is not about discovering something new.

Sometimes it is about being with what has already been there.

HOW A 90-MINUTE SESSION LOOKS

ARRIVAL

We begin with a conversation.

You tell me how you are today, what is present and whether anything particular is asking for attention.

You do not need to arrive with a topic.

PREPARATION

We slow down.

We notice the body and the breath.

I explain the process and we establish what feels supportive and safe for you.

CONNECTED BREATHING

You begin conscious connected breathing.

I stay with you throughout the process.

I observe your breath and your body.

I may gently invite you to notice a sensation, soften somewhere, stay with the breath or return from thinking to direct experience.

Nothing is forced.

INTEGRATION

The active breathing gradually comes to an end.

There is time for stillness and for the body to settle.

We do not rush immediately back into conversation.

CLOSING

If you want to, we talk about what happened.

Not to interpret the experience for you.

But to help you notice what feels meaningful and what may need more time.

WHAT I DO DURING THE SESSION

I stay present with you.

I follow your breath.

I notice when the breath changes.

I help you return from thinking to sensation.

I may ask what you are noticing in your body.

I may invite more space, sound, movement or rest when it feels appropriate.

I do not tell you what your experience means.

I do not decide what should emerge.

I do not push you through resistance.

My role is to create enough safety and presence for you to remain in contact with yourself while the process unfolds.

YOUR BODY DOES NOT NEED TO PERFORM

There is no correct session.

There is no correct emotional response.

The value of the process is not measured by how intense it was.

A quiet session can be important.

Resistance can be important.

Feeling nothing can be information.

The breath does not have to take you somewhere extraordinary.

Sometimes it simply brings you closer to where you already are.

WHAT MAY BEGIN TO CHANGE

Over time, you may begin to recognise your body’s signals sooner.

You may notice tension before it becomes overwhelm.

You may become more aware of the ways you hold your breath when something feels difficult.

You may find it easier to stay with emotion without immediately analysing it or escaping from it.

You may reconnect with anger as information and life energy.

You may experience more access to your voice.

Your boundaries.

Your pleasure.

Your sense of agency.

You may begin to trust what you feel.

Not because every question disappears.

But because you are becoming more present with yourself.

WHAT WOMEN SAY

“I return to myself in a safe and loving space.”

“I’m discovering levels of connection with myself I didn’t know existed.”

“This was the first session that wasn’t about my ex.”

What matters most to me is not creating a spectacular session.

It is the moment when someone begins to recognise herself differently.

Sometimes through emotion.

Sometimes through the body.

Sometimes through one breath that finally feels like her own.

WAYS TO WORK WITH ME

SINGLE REBIRTHING SESSION

90 minutes

Online

140 €

A single session can be a way to experience conscious connected breathing, explore one current theme or simply meet yourself in a different way.

DEEP REBIRTHING PROCESS

10 individual sessions

90 minutes each

1250 €

Payment plan available.

A longer process gives us time to notice recurring patterns, follow what appears over time and allow integration between sessions.

This is not ten repetitions of the same experience.

Each session begins with where you are now.

WHY 10 SESSIONS

One session can open something.

A longer process allows us to stay with what follows.

Some themes return.

Others change.

What begins as one question may reveal something underneath it.

The body may need time before it feels safe enough to show more.

The value of the process is often not in one dramatic moment.

It is in the gradual relationship you build with yourself.

SAFETY

Your safety matters more than the intensity of the experience.

Before our first session, we talk about your health, current circumstances and anything that may affect how we work with the breath.

Conscious connected breathing may not be appropriate in some medical or psychological situations, or it may require modification.

If you have a serious cardiovascular condition, uncontrolled high blood pressure, epilepsy, recent surgery or injury, pregnancy, severe respiratory illness, glaucoma, retinal problems, or are currently experiencing an acute psychiatric crisis, please tell me before booking a session.

If you are unsure whether breathwork is appropriate for you, contact me before booking and we can discuss it.

Rebirthing does not replace medical care, psychotherapy or psychiatric treatment.

FAQ

DO I NEED EXPERIENCE WITH BREATHWORK?

No.

You do not need any previous experience.

I will guide you through the process and we work at your pace.

WHAT IF STRONG EMOTIONS APPEAR?

Emotions may appear, but they are not the goal of the session.

We do not try to create them.

If something intense arises, we slow down, stay in contact and work with what feels manageable.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE?

Give yourself some quiet time before and after the session if possible.

Wear comfortable clothes.

Avoid a very heavy meal immediately beforehand.

Have water nearby.

Most importantly, you do not need to prepare emotionally.

You can arrive exactly as you are.
